 Jaguar describes their XK model as automotive haute couture. Could it be because of the glamorous and sleek exterior styling? the handcrafted interior? The exceptional performance? Or is it simply that the nameplate Jaguar itself exudes a special kind of style, power and presence? This is a truly stunning car, especially in the convertible model, (that’s our opinion). The body design is a direct descendant of some of the most legendary sports cars ever made. Very European and very special. It’s not inexpensive, because it is a true luxury car. The sticker price starts around $69,975 US ($105 thousand Can)  and up or you can lease it over thirty six months for around $1000 ($1500 Can) without a down payment. We like the car in a traditional British Racing Green color or Sapphire Blue with an ivory leather interior. But it’s also available in smashing colors like Phoenix Red, Carnival Red or one of the more subdued and elegant shades like Platinum, Onyx White or Zircon. Which ever color or model you choose we think you will agree that the people at Jaguar are right. This is automotive haute couture.
