The new Ford Thunderbird is without a doubt one of the, if not the most exciting new cars on the road today. It took several years for the people at Ford to perfect this model but now that we’ve seen it, we can easily say it was worth the wait. This car looks something like it did in the 1950’s, except that it’s newer, stronger, better and more modern. One could easily say it has taken on a slightly more European flavor, (could it be because Jaguar is now its distant cousin?) But then no, take another look and you see that it is the classic American Roadster. This car is only a two seater, (just as it was in 1954 when it was born) so don’t expect to carpool in it, it wasn’t designed for that. This is a personal luxury sports car that offers loads of power, loads of sporty type comfort and a ton of head turning, eye catching, and mouth dropping street appeal. It comes in only a few colors, yes of course, black, white and red, but the Thunderbird Blue clear coat, one of the original heritage colors is a stunning robin’s egg blue tone and in our opinion is drop dead gorgeous. If you can get your pretty paws on one of these, (and believe us, people waited years) you can buy it for anywhere for about $60 thousand or try leasing for about $1200. a month with no money down.
